What it is

Trakfarma tracks and controls the movement of high-vigilance medication anywhere in the hospital, from preparation in the pharmacy to administration on the wards. It automates tracking, ensures that only authorised staff handle the medication, and provides complete, auditable traceability at all times.

The system combines unit-level medication identification, staff identification and smart RFID control points in critical areas, automatically recording what moves, who handles it, from where, to where and when, with no manual tasks or paper logs, and integrating with the hospital’s existing pharmacy and staff systems.
