Who we are

Novanext is the Runmake group company specialising in real estate and physical asset management. We do not sell a single tool: we have built and we operate a full family of platforms covering the entire asset lifecycle, from repossession or purchase through to marketing, operation and sale.

Our platforms are in production today at some of Spain’s largest asset managers and servicers, handling portfolios of tens of thousands of properties. They are cross-platform, accessible from any device, modular and ready to connect to any client system, including legacy ones.

On top of that we apply state-of-the-art data technology, cloud architectures and artificial intelligence, including predictive maintenance through comparative models, backed by deep knowledge of the sector’s operational processes.

Hierarchical inventory, corrective and preventive maintenance, scheduled plans, claims, incidents, suppliers, approvals, budgets, invoicing, SLAs and KPIs, with real-time location and photographs. Includes a risk matrix with occupancy algorithms and security recommendations (alarms, access control and surveillance).

Bulk contracting, deposit calculation, billing plans and a tenant portal for payments and receipts.

Physical and digital custody with full traceability, geolocation, QR codes and beacons, and smart cabinets with a mobile app.

Personal data governance and compliance

Auditable identification, isolation and deletion of documents and entities containing personal data across document managers and corporate systems, including ServiceNow.

Automated valuations and offers

Full digitisation of the property valuation process: valuation engine, integration with the Land Registry and client systems, automatic pricing, document generation and payment links.
